Responsibilities

Utilize project management software to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Implement agile methodologies such as Scrum to manage project activities.
Design programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Utilize tools like Basecamp for effective project communication and collaboration.
Manage project contracts, including negotiation and administration.
Control project costs within the approved budget.
Develop business process models to enhance project efficiency.
Create technical documentation through skilled technical writing.
Utilize tools like Smartsheet for project scheduling and tracking.
Implement Six Sigma methodologies for quality assurance.
Requirements

Minimum of 7 years experience in project management.
Proficiency in utilizing various project management tools and software.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Ability to design programs that meet business objectives.
Experience in contract negotiation and administration.
Proficient in cost control techniques within project management.
Skilled in business process modeling for improved efficiency.
Excellent technical writing skills for clear documentation.
Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet for scheduling and tracking projects.
Knowledge of Six Sigma principles for quality assurance.
Experience working with large organizations is a plus
