I am a Certified Project Management (PMP), Scrum Master (CSM) & Financial Accounting Professional ( ACCA)  with over 7 years of experience, applying technology, people, and business resources to achieve process improvements and cross-functional collaboration in service delivery and supply chain.

I have been responsible for coordinating the USAID-funded ERP Software Implementation ( National Medical Stores, Uganda) full product development lifecycle (procure to pay, order to cash processes, including procurement, strategic planning, requirements analysis, QA testing, and product/feature, and in addition, an online client self-service portal accessed by over 3000 health facilities to order & track medical supplies. My ability to ensure stakeholder buy-in and promote team/cross-departmental collaboration has allowed me to facilitate the completion of the project -seeing on-time delivery of project deliverables. I ensured a seamless transition that adhered to industry best practices, resulting in an 80% on-time delivery of milestones. Additionally, through rigorous data analysis and quality control measures, I enhanced project report accuracy by 75%, demonstrating my commitment to delivering high-quality results.
